Was unable to really finish the objectives of the game but you can explore the map freely by taking teleporters to each part of the space elevator. Idea is to continue to fixing the elevator as it makes it way to earth.

Install instructions
Should be able to download and unzip and just run the .exe
if it doens't work you can get the pre-req installer inside the engine folder.
